1、 Preparation before pouring

2、 Pouring process
1. Place the pouring material into the pouring machine, turn on the pouring machine, and wait for the temperature of the material to meet the requirements.
2. Place the mold into the pouring machine, ensuring that the mold is parallel to the liquid material, that the liquid material completely covers the mold, and that the liquid material layer is correct.
3. Control the pressure of the pouring machine to form a uniform air layer in the mold and ensure that the pressure is within a safe range.
4. Cool the material liquid to room temperature, remove the mold, and clean the mold in a timely manner to prevent the material liquid from sticking.
3、 Post processing
After pouring is completed, the pouring parts should be immediately inspected to ensure uniform distribution of the material and good surface quality.
For complex parts, the surface should be polished to improve surface smoothness.
3. For parts using high aluminum casting materials, oxidation treatment can be carried out to increase surface corrosion resistance and aesthetics.
4. Package the poured parts to ensure their safe transportation.
